The hotel offers really nice, clean rooms, and the breakfast is great. It's a bit small with not enough space for 2 big luggage, but that's understandable considering it's in a central area. The rooms are surprisingly quiet and compact, making them functional for a pleasant stay.

The service was friendly, generous, and helpful. They offered information on the best ways to visit places in Bangkok and even showed us the room with the free minibar. The staff were extremely welcoming and provided important information to enhance our visit.

The location is superb, especially for those coming from or going to Suvarnabhumi airport. It's perfect and literally at the entrance to the train station for the airport, approximately 25 minutes away. Although it can be noisy, it's perfect for an overnight stay and base to explore Bangkok, with easy access to several transport routes.

The dining experience was good with local flavor. The breakfast, made with fresh local ingredients, was enjoyable, offering a choice between a Thai or American breakfast. However, it starts a bit too late for morning flights; an early breakfast option or a breakfast package to take away would be beneficial for guests needing to leave early.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and equipped with everything I needed. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay special. The location was perfect, close to transportation options and easy to explore the area. The dining options were enjoyable, offering a mix of American and Thai cuisine.
